Lots of people are upset that they can't trade. My friend who trades with Scotia says he's been on the phone (on hold) for 2.5 hours trying to get through. My suggestion to him and the many on this board is to consider
moving to another brokerage ! speak with moving your money, that may get their attention and appreciate you a little more.
