Interesting times, and hemp cigarettes.I'm back looking at MGW. What a debacle the last few years have been! I agree and am sympathetic with much of the negative sentiment that others have expressed on the board, but at this time I'd rather be looking forwards than in the rearview mirror. Realistically, I understand the poor decisions and execution will likely continue, but my hope is that management gets this to a point that it at least becomes attractive to a position to be bought out. While hope is not exactly a valid investment strategy, the current environment yielding added visibility has given more volume which is good whether you are buying or selling.
There is a lot of interest in the cannabis and alternatives space right now. As they say the tide floats all boats.I am interested in how they are investing heavily into hemp cigarettes. In examining other players in the sector, there is a great deal of attention and positive press about it. TAAT is another company that markets hemp cigarettes and their stock has been on a tear. They had provided samples to retailers and the take rate for re-orders have been encouraging. Hemp cigarettes are also an alternative to those looking to quit smoking nicotine products. Question is whether MGW can capitalize any kind of success on this trend. 3rd times a charm? No doubt the shareholders are due some payback. GLTA.
