RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:One Big Happy Faimly

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:One Big Happy FaimlyI , for one would vote for a merger if it was made on the right basis. Relative short term share ptices have alas little or nothing to do with that. First there should be some demonstrable synergies, then as Marner16 has stated a willingness by both parties ( and even more so complicated in a three or four party merger ) If the parties could agree on fair terms that meet the desires of more than 50% of minority shareholders , then great. This situation certainly did not happen for the rake-over of Tainted  \Pony by the Murrauders at CNQ. Undue influence was brought to bear not only by a far too compliant PONY management. But also cowardly banks with a distorted agenda and paid prodders to make sure the funds fell in line.
If this is the kind of take-over that is envisioned by Myhoneypot, then being a gentleman I would be forced to bite my own tongue off rather than express my true feelings.
NVA is far from being on its knees. Perhaps if Paramount needs a management change for themselves then under the right terms NVA could find a way to accomodate them !!
