My take on $12 US (just my opinion)
Once it got halted in CAN for hitting the circuit breaker then some investors saw that PYRNF wasn't halted. They then said  "there may be a takover so lets buy like crazy". That drove the stock price to $12US.

The US investor didn't know we had halts of 5min if a stock hits the circuit breaker.

An opinon, any comments?
