RE:This offer calls "BullS*t" on IPL management...IPL management is trying to diversify away from tar, so hats off to them. And they've done it under a low commodity price environment, and a prime idiot that is against the biggest contributor to Canadian public coffers. As far as you are concerned, it looks like you are trying to sow doubts about management amongst IPL shareholders. You smell like a Shorter to me.
