RE:RE:RE:Assessment of the value of AGG

RE:RE:RE:Assessment of the value of AGG
Good evening Wolfofnoobst,

First I must tell you that in the future I will call you Mr. W. That will make it easier for me. ; O)

At the moment, I don't really have any wishes or goals about the next drilling results. My participation in AGG is very recent and is based on the quality of the current and official state of the drilling results. In the future, I will probably do this exercise, but for now I need to improve my knowledge on other aspects of AGG.

Personally, I would be very surprised if Indicated and Measured Grade Mineral Resources eventually exceed 1,500,000 ounces. I'm sure the Kobada permit needs to contain more, but there comes a time when it is safer to stop drilling and focus on setting up the plant. At least, this way of operating is the one we have observed for several years. This is all the more true as AGG currently holds mineral resources for about 10 years, which will give ample time to possibly start new drilling campaigns and to finance everything from the income generated by the exploitation.

AGG’s business model is definitely geared towards low cost operation. A low gold grade in a type of ore that is inexpensive to process will result in one of the lowest cost of production per ounce of gold in the world, as long as operations are optimally defined. On the other hand, gold grades this low in generally very large mineralized zones mean that a large quantity of meters to be drilled will always be on the agenda. It is for this reason that there comes a time to stop issuing shares to finance drilling and focus on setting up the plant.

Regarding this factory, the financing scenarios can be numerous but a very limited number of scenarios can actually materialize. Do you want to talk about it?

Before I forget, your intention to learn is something that I respect enormously. Don't let go, it will serve you all your life.
