RE:RE:RE:the probliem hpq might have with pyr rising share price...No doom. But it makes sense it would be super easy tor them to take over HPQ and since they already own some of the company they would be in the lead on any bidding war.
They can own all of HPQ for a few ares maybe 4 shares of hpq for 1 share of pyr. makes sense.

Kinda reaffirms why the iggy in the first place, he/she has no concept of what the relationship with PYR is, and if there really was a TO offer for HPQ, it would likely ignite a bidding war. PYR owns a piece of HPQ but it is HPQ Nano where they have an agreement that provides PYR the ability to convert royalty to a 50% stake. This doesn't apply to the 'mothership' HPQ where PYR is just another investor albiet with a large (but not majority) position. pennymaker, best you go elsewhere to spread your doom, you have no concept of what's going on here!

Cheers!

IT makes it WAY easier for PYR to take over HPQ with a share offer. When their shares with x7 more. compared to x5 .... and the bigger the spread the easier it will be for PYR to make a take over bid cheaply for HPQ...
They already own quite a bit and now just a nice share offer and PYR owns it all!
