The current gang of Homers running IPL have run this thing into the ground. Management sucks.

This would be worth $33 if BIP was running the show.

Management just want to protect their jobs, severance etc. Current management is not on average shareholders side.
Be happy with the bump in price only due to BIP taking an interest. This deal falls apart , IPL goes down like gravity.
