I'm think patent pending as Sanderson continues to tweek his formulations , but that was from him a year ago when we spoke. He continued to tweek mainly because the use of MJ was illegal in the US. After chatting with him and understanding them it makes sense why he continued to adjust the formula which is the patented formula.
