I'll stop bugging FAF after this but Inner Spirit is market leader in store numbers, and they have 11-22 corporate stores not just franchises, of course it isn't MCDs, my point was merely to emphasize that you cant just look at one franchise model like 2nd cup and compare the 2, they're much different beasts. That being said as their brand grows, they can absolutely charge more for becoming a franchisee. They have 75 now, and plan to have well over 100 by year end. And unlike FAF they are profitable which also means very little if any dilution in the future, as opposed to FaF which keeps needing to raise more(again I do have stock in FAF, just playing devil's advocate)
