Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. It has developed a solution that transforms cardiac care through its 3D ECHO and MRI software. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

VENTRIPOINT DIAGNOSTICS ISSUES SHARES IN FINAL PAYMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST

Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. issued an aggregate of 131,430 shares for the final interest payment of $23,274 on convertible debentures issued by the company on Feb. 6, 2020, replacement convertible debentures issued the same date and a convertible debenture issued Sept. 11, 2020. All debentures have been converted to common shares of the company, and interest is calculated to the date of conversion. The shares will be issued at a deemed price based on the closing market price of the shares on the date of conversion, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Two directors of the company will receive a total of 49,255 common shares in final payment of $5,967.20 of interest on their debentures.
