RE:RE:TSE RequirementsThere are different ways to slice this and KNRs cash right now is loaded from warrants and convertible debentures. They are good to go and the technology sector gets some passes on criteria if applied for. Its l in good hands and I would not expect a cash raise.

In terms of timing, PYR announced their application to the TSX at the beginning of October, they were trading on the TSX at the end of November. They applied for Nasdaq just before Christmas and recently said they expected approval "in a few weeks". Some of this depends on Nasdaq's workload and they seem to be prioritizing IPO's because some of the delays for those companies could send them back to do additional work. That's all I got.
