ARX acquires VII

ARX acquires VIIThings seem to be happening quick in the WCSB for a change, with VII being taken over by ARX with it's small but sustainable dividend.

No direct impact to TWM but some read throughs for sure. The Americans left, and all the smart, firstworld money is gone, but there's still a viable resource in the ground.
