What an absolute mess.
Here are all your links, although I can already tell it will do no good. I never told anyone to sell. I'm not bothered either way. But when new information comes to light, it's irresponsible not to say anything.
Timothy Shelburn from LAS VEGAS has twice been implicated in fraud/embezzlement. The first time, he was investigated, charged and convicted.

The second time, he was implicated with his wife, Melissa Shelburn, although charges were filed against the bank that allowed them to embezzle funds.

"There are Tim Shelburns all over the US!" Ok. But only one who constantly registers and drops LLCs in Las Vegas, who lives in Vegas, is partnered with Chad Dillow (per his LinkedIn) in two ventures and is married to a woman named Melissa. Melissa's public FB. The same one who was implicated in embezzlement with him in 2015. Now she's promoting testbeforeyougo.com.

Promoting HeadzUp, which was started by Tim and Chad Dillow before filing for bankruptcy last year and being rebranded as Hoodwink.

So, yes. That IS the same Tim Shelburn. I'm not posting her personal photos, even if they're public, but he's in some of them. "But Doug! All Doug, all the time. HE's the man." Yeah, but Tim is the one in charge of Collection Sites, which does not have a single good review to its name. Medivolve may have other avenues of business in the future, but for NOW, it is highly resting on the functionality of Collection Sites. Even rolling out future STD testing or Covid vaccines means Collection Sites needs to run a tight ship. Someone who has declared multiple bankruptcies, was sentenced for securities fraud and accused of embezzlement makes me take a second look. If it doesn't you, then that's on you. Your money, your decision.

Doug is legit. I have zero idea how they hooked up with this guy. To me, he's bad news. If your opinion differs, so be it. I just seriously don't get why you guys have to get nasty from the get-go. People want to know why it's down. It's MY OPINION that it has less to do with mysterious short sellers and more with inefficient management of the largest and most profitable subsidiary.
