Ask yourself which part of your gains were due to the surge of BTC from $18k in early Dec to $48k today and which part of your gains were due to the hard work of new management, sir.

And even if all of your gains were due to new management's work, the burden is still on them to give shareholders a clear explanation of what has taken them so long to debate whether they should apply for an uplisting onto Nasdaq.
