...sorry I was refering to your original calc based on 90 million shares held. Either way it does illustrate the undervaluation here when the company could be bought out by insiders at more than 3 times the current share price and after simply selling one asset at a very reasonable price based on peers they are left with a free producing gold mine worth $50 million+ itself.
