RE:Hurry up and wait

RE:Hurry up and wait
I don't think anyone will argue that GRB isn't an investment in future potential. There is risk, and the undervalued GRB stock I believe shows this.

As for completed projects, I can only point out that they have added to their portfolio and progressed plans. Which we have seen a lot of this more recently. You could argue it is slow progress for Montalva and Sage, but there are good reasons for this, and other assets have been progressed much quicker.

Imo: many holders of this stock seems to be weak hands or low buy ins (realizing profits). And I don't blame for people for reinvesting.

Either way the value here imo is much greater than realized. Even without any projects fully realized as of yet. I think Jeff and his team will see GRB break $10 this year. And for all those who don't know, Jeff put 50,000 @ $3.00

I had a few other picks I didn't invest into, which have since took off. Sigh, I know I'm not the only one. But good picks will always be there for peopling willing to do their DD.

Imo: GRB is a good pick, despite delays. The portfolio growth aligns with my interest and has almost everything I want, except VR Augmented Reality and Crypto... But then I may just be greedy.

Don't get me wrong, Solar is going to just keep growing, along hydrogen, and geothermal. Until fusion becomes a reality... personally I don't think wind will be as popular but still used.

Again imo: Playing the numbers, if any 1 "minor" project is successful. We will likely see GRB rise above $3.00. I think we will see this in the near future.

A larger project likely $7.00+ while anything above $20.00+ is very ambitious, especially for 2021. I won't complain if it happens though :p

Thanks for the question RoadApples. I like an excuse to rant & ramble!
