RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Buy the DipTheir last offering was suppose to close "around" Feburary 10th...so maybe today? These offering always act as an anchor on the SP of a stock until the company actually releases news saying that the offering has closed. Maybe the stock will start to move up once the company issues the release. Time will tell.
