If it was clear that money was going to be used to pay down debt then it makes sense. However, this will be used for corporate purposes. Knowing managements track record, it equates to salaries and bonuses. 


Does anyone know what Echelon's commission/fees are - Zena's not getting the full $15 million even if they sell it all, right.
