This asset is no longer core to them. When they are done the sp should move. With 30m shares trading hands in the last 2 days. They should be close to finished. They control 5 million shares with a 4 month lock up. What they had available to sell now were ~ 4 million direct shares and another ~ 4 million in warrants.
