BLDP must have decided they needed more cash or take advantage of the shareprice even if it causes more dilution...about nobody being on this board...perhaps investors 20 yrs ago got burnt bad and never came back...not Ballards fault though as they do not control the price of the shares back then or now...this board or any board only represents a tiny amount of holders so it doesn't make much difference anyways...good investing to all...
