RE:350 to 400 million for US for all its patentsWe know WiLAN has over 20K in patents, WiLAN will win the Apple case but it might take a lot longer then we think as the new admin makes its moves. They also have Google, Amazon, MS cases on going and a boat load of new cases coming in from the 2K patents they just bought. $350-$400Mil US is a fantastic buy opp for a foreign company looking to build out their IPs and own a solid company.
