Obvious Manipulation

Obvious Manipulation Up until half an hour ago ask was .24 with yesterday's close being .235 and the trend has been bullish. We now have someone not asking for .235 or even .23, no this someone will take .225 !!!!! Is this proof of obvious manipulation.
