Namaste Technologies then and Now

Namaste Technologies then and Now

There is a great deal of leftover negativity towards Namaste Technologies based on the self-dealing of ex-CEO Sean Dollinger, and poorly written misleading statements by ex-CTO/Investor Relations Kory Zelickson. The purpose of this post is to allow for quick due diligence for potential new investors in reflecting on the company then and now. Namaste Technologies is currently a valuable and streamlined company with tremendous potential versus then when it was a questionable investment based on hype and hope.

The ex-ceo, who was terminated 'with cause and for a myriad of other reasons,' (Letter of Termination to Sean Dollinger, Brandon Spikes, 2018) is currently working for PlantX. Kory Zelickson, his partner in legal crime, is working at Vejii. Both companies are following the same model of e-commerce they began with Namaste Technologies without good fundamentals and investment ought to be approached with a great deal of caution. I would strongly encourage everyone invested in Namaste Technologies to review the evolution of the company from hype and misinformation to valid model and value.

An example of the evolution from drop shipping vaporizer company to international marketplace platform can be seen in the following news releases.

Compare and contrast the style, wording, and of course, premise of these newest releases penned by Edward Miller, current VP of Investor Relations.

There are many posters who attempt to draw the ire of investors by bringing up the past management. The name ex-management, these fortunate-to-have-escaped-legal-action people have, for the most part, exited their share holding positions of the company and are now only a reminder of immoral business behavior.

To quote Brandon Spikes, BOD, and Meni Morim, CEO, - “The future is bright.”

Good luck all.
