RE:TD Waterhouse ;Too bad you are being shutout.....I use RBC so can't tell you but they all seem to take their turn at having glitches and very frustrating for you I am sure....usually takes about 3 hours or so to fix these types of things....server overload possibly

Risky if you want to trade at market and you are delayed....hope it gets fixed for you soon....lots of deals on today with a 3 day weekend
