RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Xebec Announces Organizational ChangesYes. Any C-suite position carries with it a great deal of responsibility, experience and awareness.
I did like Prabu and he seemed to understand the product side of the business well. I believe his presence on the investor calls and webinars was Kurt extending him the courtesy of speaking to various parts of the business, likely to appease Prabo or even evaluate his ability to communicate on such things to external stakeholders.
Havnig said that I dont believe Prabu would land a COO job at a company like FCEL, PLUG or BLDP, at least not yet. Kurt sees the opportunity ahead and the potential of this company to grow into a true leader for H2. He needs to make some tough decisions to make sure they have the personnel to achieve those goals.
Sometimes the right decisions are also the hardest to make. We may very well look back at this decision as a very logical and progressive one based on the talent that will be motivated to join XBC in a COO capacity. There are some very well connected and smart A-list candidates.
In Kurt we trust..
