Is the NASDAQ move baked in at 2.50?

I think so but IR should have a string of releases in the works to take it up another notch. Q1 results with positive eps would be nice and another acquisition could get us closer to $3 which seems to be a good price for a financing or rs. Keeping that touted transformative acquisition in mind. It's probably the ball we should be keeping our eyes on.
