Thanks for the link. Every shareholder should be deeply offended by what happened here and should report it. They basically robbed the existing shareholders and gave the proceeds to their "friends". Who, I might add, are probably the ones who have been shorting for years without any pressure.
150+% over the PP price and 20-30% over-subsciption.
They could've easily repriced it at $1.00 with $1.50 warrants.
