RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Xebec Announces Organizational ChangesEvent Xebec announced changes to the management team.
Impact: SLIGHTLY NEGATIVE

Details: Xebec announced that Dr. Prabhu Rao is stepping down as COO, effective immediately and that Marinus Van Driel has been appointed as the new President for the Global Hydrogen Group, in addition to his role as President for Xebec Europe. Xebec will replace Dr. Rao with a new COO in due course. TD View: The press release characterizes this change as planned, but the immediacy of Dr. Rao's departure may be concerning to investors. As a result, we have characterized this announcement as slightly negative. That said, the company's size and complexity have changed significantly over the past year and likely requires new and different skill sets from its executive team. Given Xebec's strong growth outlook supported by broader energy transition initiatives, we believe that the company can attract a high-quality candidate to fill the COO role.
