Just an FYI,

The share count on Sol ranges from 65MM to 72MM (depending on how you view all the various dilutive securities they have)

Also, if the litigation goes south that will affect ~4.5MM Verano shares which will have a negative impact of about $135MM (or about $2/Sol Share)

Just to refine the numbers a bit...but in general....ITS ALL LIT
