I do not know if they are selling. I know they have been selling based on filings. The release they recently issued for the debt conv said 500k have been converted to 5 million additional shares with a 4 month hold said they are aware Grafoid is selling. It's not rocket science. I am reading and taking them at their word. The shares they are probably selling are those they already had and warrants
