RE:RE:RE:RE:Lithium prices up !!
Here is what I found in CRE presentation about production.
Assuming construction at Rose begins in 2021 and is completed by 2023, Critical Elements Lithium would be on track to produce 28.9 kt LCE in 2025.
Also, the production level is based only on resources identified on part of the property. I think seriously that by 2030 you could see production doubled with an expansion of resources after more drilling.
I could imagine an NPV at over 5 Billions $$$$$.
AND Imagine a second property (Lamarre) being developped too and Lithium prices doubling or tripling with all the EVs demand in the next 9 years.
NPV XX BILLIONS $ .. Stock price over 50 $. I am not pumping I am just speculating on what could seriously happen in the next ten years.
EVs, Storage of solar and wind turbines electricity will exercise big pressure on Lithium prices. There is plenty of Lithium on earth (3rd element). It,s all about economics and quality. CRE has an economical project, proven process, great team, low impurities. Lithium Hydroxide is the desired product for batteries and it will be rarer so the price will even go higher for that product. Remember that higher price doesn't impact too much the overall price of the battery.
