Will the warrants trade, and can Americans buy them?

Will the warrants trade, and can Americans buy them? The PP was not available in the US, so Americans were left out of that no matter what.  Now I wonder what happens to the warrants.  Will they trade freely, and will Americans be able to buy them?  And if so, how?

I think most of us long-term and large holders fully expect at least a doubling of the stock price in the next year, as production gets cranking and copper prices are great.  Looking at other small producers with higher costs like Copper Mountain, the writing is on the wall.  Their stock price has soared and our stock price is about to head up too.

So is it possible for us Americans to buy any of those warrants???????????
