RE:RE:RE:Verano Simple Math Approach Check the last filings in SEDAR (August 31st, 2020).....you will see the share counts listed and also see the latest vote on the new comp plan which further diluted the securities.

You may be right about the markets, I am looking at from the Institutional investors viewpoint but just wanted to share what I knew.
