Yes 2022 at the earliest.

There was no drilling in PNG in 2020 and hence the depressed pricing. On top of that Oil search stated that they dont anticipate any drilling activity in 2021.

However with the dramatic rebound in the energy market and widespread vaccinization I think they might change their mind later in the year.
