In my opinion, this was likely a French to English translation miss. The translator probably thought "technically" was the appropriate translation when another word was likely intended. Stuff gets missed in review as well. Anyone who works in a bilingual company knows what I'm talking about! That said, more information is definitely welcome.
That's why you have to look at it for what we know so far. A great quality product reported and strong demand for lithium ahead. Lets see what next week brings. Weigh your risk/reward and if it makes sense, this is the time to take the chance.
