Strxf dead?

I have a bunch of STRXF shares in TD Ameritrade. The stock hasn't traded for a couple months now. I see it is trading on the Aussie market. Are my shares dead or do I need to somehow move them over to that market? I see it is back at .20 so that would get be closer to even on this stock than I ever have been. I think my shares are currently on the pink sheet otc. Not sure how this works. Bought in way back when they were gonna do a bunch in Illinois but our state gov took forever on permits. Any insight would be great. Thank you.
