RE:RE:New buyers around UNV this morning....LILI.... one thing is certain, the junior resource speculative markets are much better now then they have been in the past few years. The overall markets are at all-time highs being driven up by significant money flowing into the markets, thus logically money exits the big plays and flows down into the cheaper plays because they get huge leverage, just image, sell a $5 stock and turn part of that into a $0.06 stock, now that is what I call amazing leveerge and provides the positioning for explosive gains. UNV has had several rollbacks with the most recent occuring about a year ago (1:3). This is what is called the gun is loaded and ready, ie. better share structure, more room to raise capital and buy properties. This is exactly what UNV has been doing for years as they search for a winner for them and shareholders. Clive Massey is a master at this and has been involved about 34 companies according to insider filings, ones like Aurora, Tasca, and the list goes on and on. Let's hope this is the right market and the properties they acquired will pay off. I started to build a position just after the consolidation, adding each time loose stock hit the market. Then I waited for a year until the last couple of weeks when buyers started. Yesterday buyers got aggressive, that is telling me something is coming, i.e. perhaps another financing, another property, conduct studies, etc.... it really doesn't matter what the reason and since I don't know anyone in this company, I really don't care. Hopefully they have something good and the price continues to appreciate. Prior to th last financing they had about 12 M shares (as a result of the last consolidation), they raised about $500,000 and added 8.6 M shares, and other issues of stock resulting in a total of about 26 M shares. This is a great share structure leaving them plenty of room to raise more capital and get something going in the field. They have now acquired properties in Quebec, now sure if the recent surge in price is related to these properties, or perhaps a better property they might acquire. Good Luck.
