Executive Chairman

Executive ChairmanAs Robert Baldock was leaving the company, he placed his hands on Graham Dickson's shoulder, and "anoited him as, the new Executive Chairman"

Now on looking back, we see the Robert Baldock as Executive Chairman had obscenely paid himself a lot of our good money, In 2020 his salary was $350K, other was $ 1,088,183, and the total was $1,438,183.00

In 2021, his salary was $350K, other was $514,270. for a total of $864,275

I can now see where the term "robber baron" came from

Now we have a new Executive Chairman, I do hope his salary will be his Directors fees, meeting fees of $7,000. plus maybe a 10% premium  for a total of $99,000. THe job of Executive Chairman is not a day to day hands operaation officer of the company, nor is this company, his personal bank

Information on being an Executive Chairman :

Maybe the shareholder of Monument Mining should have a say .... this is our company, not his.

Most of us shareholders have more shares of MMY then does the new Executive Chairman
