You're not a pathetic schmuck. You're a typical investor like the rest of us. I've bailed on a stock the day before a 200% rise. It happens and everyday things like paying the mortgage crop up. The good news is that there's enough successes in the portfolio to make you forget the ones that got away.

I invested a miniscule amount when the stock was .10. I bought a whopping 10,000 shares when I could have easily bought 100,000. Poop happens.
