RE:I am concerned about the reverse split

RE:I am concerned about the reverse splitHi SHIZZA,

Thank you for your well thought out missive, I had similar fleeting thoughts, but then thought more about it,

I am not concerned about the RS split.

1). I trust Levy and his team to take the ball across the goal line. He's done amazing so far and the game is only beginning. Very early innings. The RS ratio wasn't based on a coin flip. The current strategy wasn't hatched a month ago. Canada is a massive opportunity and the US will continue to grow.

2). We know the reasons for listing on the NASDAQ [or NYSE]

3).We know that most of the market volume is a result of institutional investors >80%

4).Post consolidation we'll have 43,362,220 shares and let's assume a $50 SP

5).Now if we fully executed the $325M shelf at $50, we'd add 6.500,000 to the float for a new total of 50M OS shares, so we're a $2.5B MC company

6). DK has a $24B MC  /  PENN is $18.3B MC

7). I see that we have lots of room to grow and may be undervalued

8). With the inclusion of Canada [and US operations], expect anywhere from $80M - $100M Revenue, so now we're about 31x to 25x Rev

9). We are a speculative stock, with the dominoes being lined up tor a 'tomorrow' execution just around the corner, but now with millions more eyeballs on us in the USA, with increased and easier access to purchase, even for retail investors who may have found it problematic to buy OTC...but institutional investors 'having at 'er' is so exciting.

10). Oh and that 50M float, Levy and Lean own 32.7% of it, not including what is tied up with the rest of the BoD.

11). Insert ROCKET emoji's <here>
