Well Dill I would hope that is the case, but they have 24 months to find that out so a long runway.
I would suggest that the REAL vote of confidence from the deal - other than the initial interest to do it - relates to exercising the additional option of putting another $1.5M into shares and related warrants BEFORE the closing date of March 4 - so let's see if they step up in the next 18 days. AND to take it one step further - if they do take the extra shares - will they then choose to take more shares instead of their 7% commission - which would be fantastic and would leave an important extra $350,000 in our treasury - assuming the pursuit of the full $5M investment...now THAT would scream confidence - and we get to find out in relative short order...just my opinion...open to other comments...DFC
