RE:I agree there is no room for libellous, slanderous comments I don't have a problem with honest critique of company or management. The problem with fraudsters like LyingWhisperer is that they go way past that. They call good companies scams, and pump and dumps, and say things like the management is stealing money, they are imminently going to zero etc. In addition to that, there are many instances where LyingWhisperer was bashing a stock and then he even had the never to admit that he had been buying the stock while he was bashing it. That is illegal.

I do however accept comments that are harsh, brutal and critical of companies and their management. If I'm investing or thinking of investing in a company, using what ever my timely investment strategy is, I do not care if I hurt other investors feelings if my comments run contrary to theirs. I'll read company releases and filings and comment accordingly. Like I say, it could be my money involved and I'll protect it.
Just as bad as libellous/slanderous posters are the blatant, criminal, fraudulent pumpers who continually mislead the board with their "soft" lying. Many condon this type of criminal because he/she is supporting the stock and curses/name calls the negative poster.
Where our money is involved, accept the pros and cons of discussion boards and be fair to good, hard, critical, honest posters whether you agree or disagree with them.
