RE:RE:RE:Press release. Thanks Goldrush86, While it's difficult to forecast five years ahead, the nice thing about NPK is that mining their potash rock is a simple business that they can scale. Much depends on permitting, but they have filed permits to mine five million tonnes per annum of potash rock compared to their current production of around 250k tonnes per annum. They are currently permitted for almost 500k, and the next step is to build a second phase of their production facility -- which they hope to do in the second half of 2021. If the permits are granted and the production facility is scaled up, I could see them producing anywhere from four to twenty times current production levels in 3-5 years. I bought in at current levels with the hope of a double this year, and the possibility of $4-$20 within three to five years. Give or take. They hope someday to scale up to 25 million tonnes per annum, which is basically 100 times current production. There might be demand with their new generation of agri-tech products, as they have clear advantages over past products. For one, NPK's products don't have chloride in them, so it doesn't kill microorganisms in the soil, which are vital for soil health and storing carbon. This investment is ESG all the way. When ESG investment funds discover it, there could be significant institutional demand for its shares.
That's my two cents, and only a best guess. Do your own DD.
As for ACDC, I actually bought some shares at $0.07 and sold on the double because I thought $0.14 was WAAAY overvalued. Plus, the company has a ridiculous number of shares -- including low-priced options and warrants -- which means there's something like 500 million shares outstanding when fully diluted. And many of these options and warrants have a strike price of $0.01, which will flood the market with cheap shares.
With 500 million shares outstanding, the company would be valued at $250 million at $0.50, or $500 million at $1.00. They will have to sell a LOT of batteries to justify that kind of valuation. If it drops below $0.10 I might buy in again.
I'm not familiar with BES.
Good luck!

NPK looks really nice, might have to get in on this one too.
what would be your 5 year estimated target price?
was it you that was talking about ACDC and BES, lots of hype in those right now but I don't think the value is there at the moment. ACDC is a van company too. I'm in the area, so it's nice to invest in local business. Anyways you seem like you know your stuff, and I'm pretty new to the game. You think those two are worth a long hold ?
