Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Cronos shareholders and the hope In

Cronos shareholders and the hope InFermentation. Yes, their is technology that ferment  THC in a lab for ten cents a gram. Cronos is working diligently on bringing this to the table. In my opinion there will be a market for it but nowhere near what they think. Nothing will ever replace good flower grown on a plant that people want to smoke. With that being said, don't think Aphria isn't exploring that technology too to see how they could implement those massive savings in their vapes. I personally don't believe the market for fermented top quality THC will replace good quality naturally grown bud people want to roll up and smoke.  Aphria also is diversified with tikray brungung cbd and hemp to the table. We're also a beverage company and I think people here will be blown away when they see the revenue on SweetWater. If you look to last quarter, SweetWater was under Aphrias belt for mere days and it reported 900,000 in revenue. Given the fact SweetWater just recently entered another US state, people will be surprised next quarter. The beer market will be much bigger then people realize. Aphria is a a lot about brand power and diversification and I'm not digging Cronos shareholders but fermented ten cent lab grown THC may be pure in nature and much cheaper to produce, it will never replace quality too bud grown on a plant people want to smell touch and roll up. It will have a small place in vapes and beverages and believe me Aphria will be on top of that technology too.
