It's not a matter of the government just ordering 30,000 units then figuring out where to put them, my thoughts are that Kontrol and Ontario government are working now with the government departments , identifying and prioritizing which facilities and buildings where the units are needed, it's a big province and this kind of thing can't be done in one day, it coulld take a few weeks to gather this info and once it's gathered I think the government will be placing a large order that will be spread out over a few months hopefully with first deliveries starting in March.
I suspect that is exactly what's happening Nearnorth. For any of you that actually work for the provincial government, you'll know that these contracts normally take eons - tender after tender to choose the vendor of record - have to be fair, etc - But with zero competition and zero alternatives, that entire bureaucratic, red tape process is a non-issue. Couple that with a bonafide state of emergency and watch things happen.
