And noobs people need to know that pullback is normal, healthy for a stock and ok. But noobs will sell as soon as the stock will pullback a little and the next morning they will cry when the stock will go up again. The best way is to hold and accumulate when there is a little pullback. 

I'm here for long run, I prefer making a lot of money then couple thousand in couple weeks.
