Being involved in commercial real estate, discerning /identifying latent value is absolutely vital. Based on the massive explosive upside on 4-5 divisions w their proprietary tech and over 100 + patents, plus in serious discussions w numerous multi billion dollar conglomerates - ya I'm extremely bullish
