Something keep in mind about Zomedica; they didn't develop the tech they're selling to veterinarians, they're just licensing Qorvo's diagnostic machines and splitting the take with them. Maybe in the end they'll make some money but nothing that would justify a 2.5B marketcap. Then there's another problem; Qorvo might not even own the rights to the machines they're selling. It turns out another company, Herza Corp, claims that they developed the machine and that Qorvo has misappropriated their trade secrets. Per the lawsuit filed Nov 22, 2019 in North Carolina, Herza says they had the idea to build a portable diagnostic machine that would use cellphone tech and could be used in a vet's office. They contracted another company, 'Rapid Diagnostek', to design and build a machine to their specifications. After five years of development and $500,000 invested, Rapid Diagnostek suddenly went belly-upfolded without notice. Comes Qorvo and they buy Rapid

Diagnostic's assets in bankruptcy including it seems a nearly complete design for a diagnostic machine which coincidentally looks almost exactly like the one Herza designed and for which they retained, and still retain, exclusive rights to their patents. Which Qorvo would be infringing
