All good points that I agree with. The outstanding vii reserve report and Q4 is glaring. CPP is likely locked up.

Who are the other largest shareholders? Maybe someone with some big money in this starts whining??

I didn't like the deal before because of delevering. And even less now that oil and gas is up.
But I'm not sitting here hoping for all my dreams to come true knowing how these things go.
